An Overwhelming Response

We have had an overwhelming amount of responses to the London's Search Facebook Page, and have been left speechless. We cannot thank each and every one of you enough for thinking of Londyn, praying for her, sharing her story, and offering to see if you are a match. I am responding to each message as quickly as I can.

Some extra information that may help with some answers that I have seen in the comments:

In order to donate a kidney directly to Londyn, your blood type must be O. It does not matter if you are positive or negative. However, if you have another blood type you can still help Londyn out through the Paired Donation Program. What this means is your kidney would go to someone that has your blood type. These people in return have someone with Londyn's blood type and is willing to give her a kidney. Both procedures would be done at the same time to ensure both recipients got a kidney.

Recovery Time as a Donor- You will learn more about that when you fill out the form and the transplant department gives you a call. They will send you a packet with information on being a donor. The transplant team is so knowledgeable and will be able to answer any question that you have.
